What should I do if I've lost my card?
In the event your card is lost or stolen, or your PIN or other security information has been disclosed, call 08447 368 368 (or 0044 141 951 7315 if calling from abroad) immediately and report it. Alternatively, call in person at any Yorkshire Bank branch or write to us at Yorkshire Bank, PO Box 4509, Leeds LS2 8NP.
I’ve received my new debit card and it looks different to my old card, why is this?
We’ve updated your card in a number of ways. The main change is to reduce your card number from 19 digits to 16 digits. Your sort code and account number are also displayed in a more prominent position.
I've recieved my new card, can I use my existing PIN?
Yes, your existing Personal Identification Number (PIN) will continue, unless the letter with your card advises otherwise.
What if I’m already registered with SecureCode™?
If you already use SecureCode™ on a card issued prior to October 2009 and you have received a new card, you’ll need to re-register for this service as your debit card details have changed. However once you have registered this card, you will not need to re-register any replacement cards in the future unless you report your card as lost or stolen.

I've recieved my new card, do I need to change my regular payments?
There’s no need to make any changes to Direct Debits and standing orders if your card number has stayed the same. However, if your card number has reduced from 19 digits to 16 digits and you make regular payments using your debit card you will have to update the retailer with your new card details.
How will I know which card has completed the transactions on my bank statement?
If you have a 16 digit card number, the last 2 digits of your card number will appear on your statement.
If you have a 19 digit card number, the issue number will appear on your statement.
